How much are association dues?
Association dues are currently $210 annually. Association dues are due on January 1 each year. Dues paid by the end of January will not be subject to late fees, however a late fee of $15 will be charges for every increment of 15 days after the 31st of January.

To obtain a clearance letter at no charge, requests should be sent via e-mail to board@willowcreekroswellga.com at least two weeks before the closing date. Clearance letters will be sent electronically to the sender’s email address unless otherwise requested.
For a $25 charge, a “hard copy” letter can usually be mailed to you in two business days.
The Association has no paid staff and is not able to handle same-day requests.
Can I obtain a copy of the restrictive covenants binding homes in the subdivision?
